Telecompaper: Orange UK launches remote Device Management service
Orange UK has launched its Device Management service for businesses to effectively manage employee mobile devices in-house, without having to bring them into the office or contact customer service. The hosted solution allows companies to remotely manage their device fleet, allowing IT managers to send updates, troubleshoot and lock or wipe devices over the air. The service costs GBP 3.50 (excluding VAT) per user per month, plus data charges. Customers can bundle the service with the updated Microsoft Mail from Orange tariff for GBP 9 (excluding VAT) per user per month, which includes a 300 MB UK data allowance. Orange Device Management is powered by Mformation Technologies.
